Articulated Woolhead Perch Flies (by Stefaan)

They’re called perch flies because that’s what I tied them for, but they will equally work for trout, zander, asp… and that’s without the saltwater species that like a snack like this. They’re all about 7 to 8cm long, tied on a PFF Saltwater Longshank size 2 and a 20mm shank (I used 2 brands, hence the big and small connector eyes). All the heads are made from wool, except the black heads where I used arctic fox.

For the grey heads, I mixed black and white arctic fox.
